Cindy Zisser
Cindy Zisser, M.A., is the Senior Training Manager at Zisser. She is an expert in the development and implementation of training systems, from writing of curriculum and training manuals to hands-on training of clients. She has devoted more than twenty years to the specialty of training individuals and businesses. Cindy has been key in creating Zisser’s unique procedures and training programs, with the focus on simplifing concepts to create better efficiency and knowledge retention.
Cindy also leads the firm’s marketing efforts, which focus on building long lasting partnerships with clients and industry organizations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through understanding and meeting their needs. Her activities consist of organizing and attending industry events, developing professional relationships with the international trade community, identifying and developing advertising opportunities, managing the production of marketing materials and their effective distribution, and overseeing the development of the company’s long-term marketing and strategic plans.
Cindy’s education includes an M.A. in Educational Technology. She also possesses a valid California Teaching Credential for all subjects and levels, including College and adult school. Her experience and education enables her to provide customized, effective and user-friendly training programs for our clients.
