Steve is a licensed attorney in the State of California. He is also licensed to practice before the US Court of International Trade and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and has a BA from the University of California at Berkeley. He is immediate past president of the Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Western Maquiladora Trade Association, San Diego World Trade Center and the US Customs Bar Association.
